Responsibilities
- Coordinate the kitchen operations at several locations
- Construct menus for various themes
- Maintain relationships with suppliers to result in faster procurement turnaround times.
- Establish excellent professional teams that collaborate well across all departments.
- Make sure standards are followed and upheld.
- Build and develop solid kitchen teams through training
- Be willing and available to travel to each location
Qualifications
- Outstanding demonstrated career stability with at least three years in prior positions
- Previous experience at a busy, high-volume dining facility
- Proven ability to be a hands-on leader.
- Ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse team while understanding the diverse needs of different people.
- Be financially intelligent
- Preferably, have previous experience in a corporate restaurant
- Be incredibly adaptable, charming, and open to your guests’ feedback.
