Product Manager, Australia | Remote

Workable is a dynamic and fast-paced brand, building marketplace tools to drive revenue for our diverse community of teachers. The company is looking for a product manager who can work with cross-functional teams in designing, building, and delivering products in line with their vision and strategy. Such will own the Enterprise platform roadmap for product-led growth and cater to 68,000 customers.

Duties

  • Deliver high-quality products for the Enterprise platform and Teacher Marketplace, working directly with the CEO, CPO, and Design and Engineering teams.
  • Determine metrics for success and manage the roadmap, backlog, and incoming needs for our SaaS product.
  • Keep track of development progress, manage risks and keep key stakeholders updated on project status.
  • Enable quick learning and iteration post-launch using data and user feedback to measure and monitor product performance and impact.
  • Understand and advocate for the needs of our publishers and users of Insight Timer and Enterprise platforms.

Qualifications

  • Software product management experience of at least two years, especially Enterprise SaaS and marketplace offerings, preferably with an early-stage, fast-growing company.
  • Good technical know-how and experience translating complex technical projects into well-clarified and tangible product goals.
  • Effective prioritization and stakeholder management skills to balance customer vs. business needs and defend decisions.
  • Track record of delivering innovative product features and excellent results
  • Attention to detail and a keen eye for design, with a passion for creating the best user/customer experience
  • Ability to leverage data, user insights, and statistical analyses to make good decisions.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams on complex projects, even in ambiguous environments.
  • Collaboration, teamwork, and effective communication (written and spoken English) skills.
