Position Overview:

The VP, Growth is responsible for identifying and closing strategic opportunities within Infosys’ enterprise client portfolio. Working closely with Infosys Account and DX (Digital Experience) teams, VP, Growth will drive creation of multi-year digital transformation roadmaps for strategic clients that generate services pipeline. Guide deal cycles by collaborating with partner teams at Adobe and close new business opportunities relevant to Blue Acorn iCi and broader Infosys professional services.

Responsibilities:

  • Quickly develop strong, positive relationships with new customers by understanding their needs, business objectives and technology landscapes
  • Partner closely with SMEs to ensure strong/compelling customer proposals and recommendations are prepared for the customer
  • Partner with Infosys and the Blue Acorn iCi Revenue team to source the right resources to influence positive stage moves in opportunities
  • Introduce and advocate for Blue Acorn iCi productized solutions internally and with technology partners
  • Collaborate with Adobe partner team on account planning to identify whitespace for new sales pursuits
  • Align with Adobe sales teams on active opportunities to co-sell license and services together
  • Be a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in Customer Experience to both internal teams and clients
  • Work with clients or prospects to develop a mutual plan for how Blue Acorn iCi/infosys/Adobe can help them transform their business

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of Account Leadership or Sales Leadership experience
  • 5+ years of experience partnering or selling Adobe Experience Cloud products
  • A demonstrated ability and passion to establish and foster relationships, formulate and execute a win theme per opportunity, and close business.
  • Ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services offered by Blue Acorn iCi x Infosys
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of professional services selling, account growth and retention through a consultative and solutions focused sales approach.
