Vita Health Group is inviting applications for the advanced practice physiotherapist role. The ideal candidate is poised to join the MCATs team in delivering evidence-backed and top-quality care. Also, consideration will be given to applicants from outside the UK who would need a skilled worker certificate of sponsorship to be considered eligible to work in the UK.
Qualifications
- Registration with HCPC (Health Care Professionals Council) and CSP (Certified Safety Professionals).
- Good knowledge and skills in injection therapy, independent prescribing, and a postgraduate certificate or equivalent in ultrasonography
- Proven experience working in a triage clinic, providing quality assessment and management plans for a diverse and complex range of musculoskeletal cases
- Strong applicable knowledge of investigations, imaging, and blood tests
- Experience working with multidisciplinary teams and referring directly to secondary care services such as Rheumatology, Trauma, and Orthopaedics.
- High-level computer literacy, organization, and efficiency for running clinics.
- A commitment to boosting inclusion and diversity
- Commitment to continuous development and enhancement of clinical skills with training for first contact practitioner (FCP) roles, ultrasound-guided injections, etc.
