Graphic Designer, US | Work Visa Sponsorship

As a graphic designer, you will help the company establish its brand as a leading one. With the head of design and vice president of marketing, you will also create stunning designs that project the brand through communications with clients and audiences. This includes the website, promotional items, events, social media, and internal documents. You’ll need to balance your priorities while creating essential systems and finishing designs. Assistance with moving and applying for visas is offered.

Duties

  • Core responsibility – Determine the expression of the Solsten brand and reinforce it across every touch point (public, client, and internal).
  • Create – Infuse Solsten with energy through the artistic expression of touchpoint.
  • Brand – Synthesize and express the brand through shapes, colors, typography, layouts, motion, etc.
  • Systems – Create the styles and frameworks required to scale brand expression cogently.
  • Scale – Give teams access to simple templates for repeatedly used collateral.
  • Focus and prioritize – Clarify the user, business, and team needs for each design issue to help you. Prioritize, define goals, and work collaboratively with partners from different functional areas.
  • Execute – Put design principles into practice, get input, and carry out adjustments ultimately.
  • Collaborate – Create connections with other units to learn from them, align yourself with their goals, and produce designs that work.
  • Art direction – Establish a framework and give illustrators and assisting agencies direction.

Qualifications

  • Brand design: Experience developing valuable brands and systems to aid with scaling.
  • Portfolio: Demonstrate your capacity for aesthetic awareness and design issue resolution.
  • Tools: Proficient in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and motion design software.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to justify design choices.
  • Critique: Actively seek, understand, and incorporate feedback into your design work.
  • Growth: You actively appreciate and learn about the world of design.
  • Education: Design-related bachelor’s degree or the equivalent in professional experience required.
