We need an IT Delivery Manager to deliver IT services into programs and test scalable SaaS solutions to support our internal operations. This role might require some travel, and international applicants are welcome to apply. However, suppose you need work visa sponsorship based on the UK points-based immigration system. In that case, Ocado Group will only cover Certificate of Sponsorship costs and the Immigration Skills Charge (ISC) if applicable. You must cover your visa application and the Immigration Healthcare Surcharge (IHS).
Duties
- Manage technical work streams across multiple projects. This includes project scope, plans, RAID (Risks, Actions, Issues, and Decisions) logs, etc.
- Effectively manage the delivery of change requests
- Identify and build key relationships with vendors
- Provide technical support to project managers
Qualifications
- Proven experience with delivering on IT Projects within the HR/Payroll/Finance industry.
- Experience delivering Workday projects, and a minimum of 2 full lifecycle implementations of HCM or ERP solutions
- Skilled in the use of hybrid, agile, and waterfall methodologies to manage change requests
- Experience with documentation or management of the delivery of design decisions and solution architecture
- Experience with creating tenant plans, technical delivery plans, deployment plans, and migration strategies
- Sound grasp of how integrations and data flow work
- Ability to identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects and systems
- Experience working with multiple vendors and business stakeholders to successfully implement SaaS solutions
- Competencies in effectively leading technical delivery teams
- Analytical and decisive mindset, with keen attention to detail and the ability to document all downstream impacts within the business
