To deliver tailored care to residents, you will collaborate with HCAs and other RNs under the direction of a Clinical Manager. You will work with families to provide care plans, manage wounds, administer medications, and manage wound care to make sure that residents receive care that is customized to their needs. For candidates from outside the UK, visa assistance is offered.
Duties
- Assist and care for residents in a person-centered manner.
- Work on all levels of nursing homes and hospitals
- Build trustworthy and loving relationships with residents
- Manage and oversee the medical staff
- Be sympathetic and considerate.

Qualifications
- Licensed practical nurse with a valid NZ APC or eligibility to apply
- Excellent communication skills, both in writing and speaking.
- Ability to work cooperatively with the medical staff
- A sincere desire to work in elderly care
- InterRAI-trained individuals are preferred.
- Be vaccinated against COVID-19.
