Systems Reporting Analyst, UK | Work Visa Sponsorship

The BSOL Procurement Collaborative (BSOL PC) is searching for a Systems Reporting Analyst to help ensure an effective and efficient procurement service. Interested candidates must be enthusiastic about learning and hard work, be able to carry out data mining and analysis and communicate effectively. Non-UK Applicants requiring Skilled Worker Visa will be considered as well.

Duties

  • Take responsibility for the financial systems being utilized by the finance/procurement team.
  • Support the development of procurement systems to enable reporting on expenditures.
  • Maintain and update the Trust’s ledgers and management information systems in a timely and accurate manner, according to the Trust’s Standing Financial Instructions and financial management policies.
  • Stick to the Trust’s strict reporting requirements in ensuring that the financial data is accurate and available for use
  • Enable the improvement of both financial information and procurement information used by the management of the Trust by developing management and economic systems
  • Carry out daily system checks, and ensure the quality of data and integrity of models.
  • Collect, collate and perform complex data analysis to meet management & stakeholder requests.
  • Manipulate, cleanse and process data using Business Intelligence tools like Excel, Power BI, Crystal Reports, Access, Microsoft SQL Server, etc
  • Perform data entry, auditing, reports creation, and monitoring to ensure accuracy and fully validate the data.
  • Provide continuous administration of the database, including monitoring of performance and tuning.
  • Ensure integration of data with source data, as well as from relevant systems.

Qualifications 

  • Good general education standard, up to degree level or other relevant qualification
  • Experience in systems administration and E-Procurement systems
  • Good understanding of finance, information management, and technology areas, with evidence shown in a degree qualification, equivalent level, or relevant experience.
  • Strong knowledge of integrated financial IT systems, database management, and Microsoft Office products.
  • Proficiency in Integra Finance System, Access, and capital accounting systems
  • Proven experience in training staff in the use of computer software
  • Proficiency in the use of business intelligence reporting software like Microsoft Power BI, Crystal Reports, etc
  • Ability to implement and manage E-Commerce platforms and analyze, investigate, and resolve financial issues.
  • Results-driven with strong teamwork skills
  • Competencies in end-to-end supply chain management, project management, e-commerce
  • Skills in advanced analysis, extracting and manipulating highly complex data for all systems.
