International workers are needed for recruitment into the position of Truck Driver in a transport business with headquarters in Toronto, Canada. The truck drivers will be in charge of moving products and supplies across urban, interurban, provincial, and international routes, as they operate big trucks. After one to two years of employment, assistance with obtaining a permanent residency in Canada will be given.
Responsibilities
- Transport finished products and raw materials by road, to and from production facilities, or retail and distribution hubs.
- Perform preventative maintenance and check vehicles for mechanical problems and safety hazards.
- Set up routes and adhere to delivery deadlines. Keep track of your work and rest breaks, the number of miles you drive, and your gasoline and toll receipts.
- Position trucks properly in locations for loading or unloading.
- Receive and confirm delivery instructions
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of verifiable truck driving experience.
- English language mastery (CLB 4).
- A valid driver’s license from your home or current residence nation.
- A record check for crimes.
- Capacity for lengthy journeys and frequent travel
