Customer Care Representative | Remote

To ensure that every client can help to realize the company’s mission, the Customer Care Team serves as the “frontline.” To do this, the team’s primary value is to make the process simple and painless. Every decision the company makes is based on the possible benefits it would have for both existing and future clients. Outstanding customer service is essential to ensuring that the clients are provided with excellent service, which is why team members are needed to satisfy the customers constantly.

Duties

  • Work consistent full-time shifts while managing incoming and outgoing calls.
  • Recognize trends in client feedback, then use those to generate ideas for enhancing the customer experience.
  • Attend routine training sessions and team meetings

Qualifications

  • Two years of customer service experience, preferably in a high-volume, high-stress setting.
  • The capacity to devote oneself to a flexible, full-time schedule and work solely from a home office
  • Ability to work statutory holidays, weekends, and evenings
  • For both English and Spanish, the CEFR level is B2. The job demands fluency in English and Spanish for professional communication with our clients and team.
  • A high-speed internet connection through Ethernet is necessary.
  • Bonus points also for outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

Location

Candidates for this position must have a valid work permit for Costa Rica.
