Qualifications
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, along with a strong sense of empathy for clients and their success.
- Experience in customer success/service or account management for at least two years is preferred.
- Although there is excellent team support in place, this is a remote or hybrid role that necessitates being independently goal-driven, organized, meticulous, and capable of handling over 30 clients at once.
- Demonstrated capacity to work both independently and collaboratively with minimal supervision. energetic, passionate, and motivated team player.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a track record of interacting and engaging with internal teams to address client challenges.
- Ability to diagnose and address basic to intermediate problems logically while recognizing situations that call for escalation.
- Ability to use Microsoft Office (Excel), specialized software, customer relationship management (CRM), ticketing/tracking systems, etc. with ease.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with a small number of specified accounts.
- Be an authority on INFUSEmedia’s offerings and act as a trusted counsel for our clients.
- Work together with the company’s subject matter experts to deliver campaign leads and guarantee that the end result is satisfactory for the clients.
- From the proposal stage to delivery, work together with the sales team to determine and ensure delivery alternatives, integrations, and other operational details.
- Create and coordinate account documentation, such as reports, RFPs, and other suggestions
- Be responsible for managing accounts after sales and fostering account expansion through top-notch client interaction, delivery, communication, and onboarding.
