This job is a remote one. 

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, live chat, and other customer support channels. 
  • Supply comprehensive, accurate, and reliable information. 
  • Observe communication protocols, rules, and regulations. 
  • assist other business divisions with customer relations and accurate documentation of client demands. 
  • Manage complaints by offering options and solutions within the allotted time frames and following up to make sure the issue has been resolved. 
  • Make an additional effort to engage your audience. 

Qualifications

  • College education or higher. 
  • English language proficiency. 
  • At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the financial or e-commerce sectors. Outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply as well. 
  • A high degree of integrity and honesty; proactiveness and thoroughness; a sense of accountability and a culture of cooperation. 
  • Strong communication skills, the capacity to multitask, and the ability to go above and beyond expectations.
