Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, live chat, and other customer support channels.
- Supply comprehensive, accurate, and reliable information.
- Observe communication protocols, rules, and regulations.
- assist other business divisions with customer relations and accurate documentation of client demands.
- Manage complaints by offering options and solutions within the allotted time frames and following up to make sure the issue has been resolved.

Qualifications
- College education or higher.Â
- English language proficiency.
- At least one year of customer service experience, preferably in the financial or e-commerce sectors. Outstanding recent graduates are encouraged to apply as well.
