Duties

  • Answer member questions by phone, email, or chat quickly and accurately.
  • Recognize member difficulties and identify the best remedy for them.
  • Create informative, engaging content for the Member Help Center
  • Build tools alongside the product team to improve the effectiveness and caliber of the help provided to members.
  • Gather and share member opinions about the company’s goods and services.
  • Work together with the group to streamline automated processes.
  • Analyze observed trends influencing site visitors and members, report on them, and offer suggested remedies.
  • Utilize and control particular project management tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
  • Experience with customer service
  • English proficiency at the native or fluent level
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk or another equivalent helpdesk platform, as well as exposure to the global development industry, are nice to have
