They are searching for a posh Executive Chef to establish and oversee 4 Food & Beverage outlets in their luxury commercial property, located in the heart of Miami’s Financial District, Miami, Florida. Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of 4 Food and Beverage Departments.
  • Coordinate a diverse and dynamic work atmosphere of over 100 employees.
  • Oversee all daily culinary activities to the highest possible standards.
  • Ensures that excellent, palatable, and appealing foods are provided.
  • Menus that satisfy exceptional standards should be modified or created.
  • Keep workers and visitors safe and healthy in the workplace.
  • Provide strategic direction to all team members to inspire them to produce exceptional cuisine while also driving financial success.
  • Maintain exceptional internal and external customer service for guests.
  • Recruit and educate talented employees.
  • Manage compliance and ensure that all the safety and health rules are followed.

Qualifications

  • At least 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, quick-paced workplace.
  • Have a variety of deluxe hotel and fine dining restaurant experiences.
  • Michelin experience is advantageous.
  • Great and efficient leadership abilities are required.
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
  • The ability to identify and fix problems efficiently.
  • Knowledge of current culinary and beverage trends and standards of excellence.
