Duties
- Take charge of the residents’ social, physical, and emotional needs as a Care Assistant under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
- Help residents with their personal care needs, such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
- Provide genuine care.
- Ensure to keep the clients’ dignity and sense of identity intact as they participate in everyday activities at the care facility.
- Put the needs of the person receiving care ahead of anything else.
