Responsibilities
- Be responsible for all on-site food supplies.

- Ensure the team’s success by appropriately delegating tasks to the cooks, monitoring their progress frequently, and providing coaching and feedback.
Qualifications
- Previous experience working in the hospitality industry.

- Cajun and Caribbean culinary knowledge are necessary.Â
