An experienced supply chain manager is needed to ensure the efficiency and reliability of product supply and the expansion of our low-cost air quality and climate monitoring devices globally. Our ideal candidate is competent and friendly, with effective communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
Duties
- Provide support to the hardware team towards mass production of new product
- Oversight of manufacturing process at contract manufacturer’s site
- Sourcing, price negotiations, and procurement of critical components
- As needed, facilitate custom clearance procedures to ensure delivery of devices to customers globally.
- Maintain a 12-month inventory forecast to ensure proper stocking
- Serve as advisor to the product development team on product design based on availability and cost of materials.
- Boost efficiency of device production and refurbishing processes.
- Optimize Bills of Material (BOM) and logistic costs to increase profit margins on the core devices and add-on modules.

Qualifications
- Experience in operations, supply chain, and logistics management
- Excellent collaborative, quantitative, evaluation, and forecasting skills
- Ability to build and maintain key relationships, especially with suppliers, distributors, and contract manufacturers.
- Proficiency in English language and Mandarin Chinese
