Qualifications
- Excellent scholastic standing at both the high school and university levels
- Bachelor’s degree or similar in STEM, design, or user experience
- Knowledge of, and enthusiasm for design, technology, and user experience
- Dedication to lifelong learning and growth – inquisitive, adaptable, and scientific
- Drive to complete the task at hand and enjoy achievement
- Self-assurance in the ability to employ user study techniques
- Participation in current design study and innovation
- Have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable working with a complicated group of engineers, designers, and executives.
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate design position when representing at meetings of multiple departments within the business.
- Courage and enthusiasm to take on difficult design tasks, as well as link design leadership to corporate strategy.
