Traits are seeking a UX Designer to collaborate with UX Design Lead in defining the best approach to opportunities for optimizing its product features. This is towards enabling companies to create psychology- and AI-based heartfelt experiences.
Duties
- Ability to show UX process fluency and design to multiple hypotheses based on user needs.
- Translation of user research and business requirements into design hypotheses that can be tested
- Contribute to the product’s essential features, and user flows for several features and mid-sized projects.
- Use product metrics (KPIs) alongside product management, UX research, and UX design to measure the impact of your design solutions.
- Proactively recognize and engage critical stakeholders.
- Anticipate feedback, think through solutions, and provide evidence before discussions while responding positively to feedback and acting on it.
- Effectively communicate and present design decisions in a way that is relevant to stakeholders’ needs.
- Have an in-depth understanding of the product, and stay updated on new trends and best practices on user experience and customer-market, like competitors, SaaS, and video games, competitors)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s (preferably Master’s) degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), psychology, or equivalent professional experience
- 2+ years as a user experience designer with demonstrated understanding of AI, B2B, and SaaS product design best practices.
- Samples of work/online portfolio to show experience in creating excellent user-centered design solutions
- Experience working with psychometrics, game service providers, or other experience management platforms and service providers is a bonus.
- Critical thinker with the ability to easily adjust UX methods or design solutions without sacrificing the business mission and user goals
- Strong team player and communicator with a diverse, multicultural, and growth mindset, committed to continuous learning and improvement.
