Childcare Worker, Canada | Work Visa Sponsorship

Having gotten an approved Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), the recruiter has the authorization to hire a foreign worker temporarily for covering skill or labour shortages. This employment is based in the employer’s home, which is located in an urban area and has a strict non-smoking rule. The successful candidate will also be trained, and a free live-in accommodation arrangement will be available. This accommodation offer is not mandatory for the candidate to take and is not an employment condition. 

Responsibilities

  • Perform simple cleaning and maintenance tasks.
  • Discipline kids using the techniques that their parents have requested. 
  • Ensure the home is a safe and healthy place to live.
  • Make and offer wholesome meals.
  • Take care of and watch over infants.
  • Make sure that the children’s emotional health is prioritized.

Qualifications

  • Have a minimum of 12 years of experience.
  • Must submit to, and pass a criminal record check.
  • Must submit referee details.
  • Solid interpersonal and oral communication skills, especially in English.
  • Hold a graduation certificate (secondary school) or its equivalent.
  • Must be highly organized and be able to carry out repetitive tasks.
  • Must have a client-focused mindset and be flexible and reliable.
  • Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments.
