Having gotten an approved Labor Market Impact Assessment (LMIA), the recruiter has the authorization to hire a foreign worker temporarily for covering skill or labour shortages. This employment is based in the employer’s home, which is located in an urban area and has a strict non-smoking rule. The successful candidate will also be trained, and a free live-in accommodation arrangement will be available. This accommodation offer is not mandatory for the candidate to take and is not an employment condition.Â
Responsibilities
- Perform simple cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Discipline kids using the techniques that their parents have requested.
- Ensure the home is a safe and healthy place to live.
- Make and offer wholesome meals.
- Take care of and watch over infants.
- Make sure that the children’s emotional health is prioritized.
Qualifications
- Have a minimum of 12 years of experience.
- Must submit to, and pass a criminal record check.
- Must submit referee details.
- Solid interpersonal and oral communication skills, especially in English.
- Hold a graduation certificate (secondary school) or its equivalent.
- Must be highly organized and be able to carry out repetitive tasks.
- Must have a client-focused mindset and be flexible and reliable.
- Ability to take initiative and make sound judgments.
