Lumanu develops technology that enables transacting in the creator economy to be simple, enjoyable, and collaborative. As a Customer Experience Associate, you will create a fantastic user experience for marketers and creators who interact with Lumamu’s products. In this role, you will interact with multiple internal teams from marketing, sales, development/engineering, billing, operations, etc., to guarantee that Lumamu clients have a pleasant experience. For innovative businesses like Reformation, Savage X Fenty, and several others, you will gather, analyze, and assess client feedback and suggest internal improvements based on the data obtained.
Duties
- Make the onboarding process for new brands using Lumanu friendly and instructive.
- Discover the customers’ needs and take the initiative to meet those needs.
- Utilize email, social media, text, and chat to quickly and effectively respond to brand questions and offer troubleshooting guidance.
- Produce instructional materials that can be distributed to customers.
- Whenever necessary, inform and upsell customers.
- Keep track of technical problems and give the product team feedback.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in business management, marketing, communications, advertising, or a related discipline
- Experience in account management, customer service, or client success
- Willingness to advance your career in a quick-paced startup
- Strong communication, interpersonal and collaboration skills to deliver exceptional experiences.
- Ability to be at ease with uncertainty and the capacity to provide clarity to complex problems
- A sense of pride in working hard and thinking strategically about how to enhance operations and business outcomes
