Customer Success Manager | Remote

Duties

  • Understand the needs of your landlords, developers, and property management firms, and utilize Rentable to meet those needs, to help them grow and maintain their clientele.
  • Monitor and fully comprehend each client’s health and follow through on playbooks developed to enhance customer health.
  • Lead the account renewal and expansion process by identifying cross-selling and development possibilities.
  • Represent the customer’s perspective to guide the development of our products and the sales process.
  • Utilize tools like Salesforce, Gainsight, etc., to keep track of all customer demands, inquiries, contacts, and actions.
  • To develop a unified, remote-first culture, use Rentatble’s internal systems like Basecamp and Slack to manage projects, record processes, and communicate.

Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a Customer Success position for a SaaS company
  • Strong analytical skills and the capacity to conclude data.
  • Demonstrated success managing, maintaining, and expanding a book of business.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to make your clients feel like you are their steadfast ally, educator, and partner.
  • The capacity to plan, prioritize, and act autonomously
  • Team player with the ability to be at ease in a situation where things are changing quickly
  • Gainsight and Salesforce knowledge are advantages.
