Speech and Language Therapist in the UK | Work Visa Sponsorship

Vitor Rosado is currently seeking an overseas Speech and Language Therapist in the UK and in the following fields: Adults, Paediatric, with special interest in Dysphasia skills, and more. 

This job is based in the UK across different areas.

Salary band for this speech and language therapist in the UK position

Band 5 (Non-senior) – from £25,655 up to £31,534 p/a depending on experience.

If you are in Band 6 (Senior) – from £32,306 up to £39,027 p/a depending on experience.

While Band 7 (Managerial) – from £40,057 up to £45,839 p/a depending on experience.

The above salary ranges are based on the NHS pay scales outside of London. Inside of London, the NHS pays a “High-Cost Area Supplement” on top of the above salaries. This is to reflect the higher cost of living in London. More so, private employers who Vitor Rosado work with have different, but similar, salary brackets.

Requirements for the Speech and Language Therapist

  • Degree or equivalent in Speech & Language Therapy
  • At least 12 months of post-qualifying experience
  • Have IELTS test passed in the last 2 years with an overall score of 8, with no element below 7.5 (this is the minimum score required by the HCPC registration body in the UK)
