The brand is looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist its team with administrative responsibilities while working remotely. As a virtual assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks like responding to emails, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements. 

Strong Internet connectivity and familiarity with messaging apps like Slack and Intercom are requirements for this position. In the end, you ought to be able to handle administrative duties and generate excellent work with minimum direction.

Duties

  • Respond to phone calls and emails
  • Organize meetings
  • Create calendars for the managers.
  • Answer administrative questions from employees
  • As the initial point of contact, offer customer service
  • Conduct market analysis

Qualifications

  • English language proficiency
  • At least 60 WPM typing speed
  • Appointment-setting and sales experience a bonus
  • Verified virtual assistant experience or experience in a related position
