Allison Jones Consulting Services is hiring food counter attendants willing to relocate and work in Canada. They are needed in cafeterias, fast food chains, restaurants, and cafes to clean and organize the kitchen workstations and equipment, prepare and serve food to clients, and support staff.Â
Duties
- Manual or equipment-aided preparation of all food ingredients
- Proper unpacking and storage of supplies
- Recording of the food quantities used
- Assembly of required ingredients, preparation or cooking, to prepare standard receipts
- Moving clean dishes, flatware, and other required items for serving areas and tables  
- Handwash or machine-wash dishes
- Garbage disposal and cleaning of garbage containers in the kitchen
- Taking customer orders, serving at counters or buffet tables, and receiving payments, if required
- Carry out other tasks to assist the cook and other kitchen staff
Qualifications
- Currently employed with a certificate of employment (2012 to present)
- Completion of at least a 2-year diploma
- WES/IQAS and IELTS will be an added advantage
- Good knowledge of hospitality management and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- At least 1-year experience in a fast-food chain, e.g., Pizza Hut, McDonald’s, etc., since 2020
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Strong team player.
