Fresh Clinics is an agile, remote-first team that is building a modern SaaS product, and they are looking for a work-from-home product manager to join their team. Their ideal candidate must have a reasonable timezone overlap with their Sydney office (+/- 4 hours from AEST/GMT+11/UTC +10) and a reliable internet connection. You’ll work with a team of 10+ engineers well-experienced with SaaS products in a startup environment.
Duties
- Provide support to the Product Leadership team in defining the product vision
- Assist with all administrative responsibilities concerned with planning and product development, with solid detail and documentation skills
- Carry out quality assurance controls on products and assist with risk management initiatives
- Leverage customer data and insights to support the design and improvement of customer journeys for the web and mobile interfaces
- Support product innovation efforts and collaborate with the internal development team to introduce new features and ideas, driving actual implementation and development.
- Generate customer insights and lifecycle value in collaboration with the data and analytics team.
- Meet key performance goals as follows:
- Managing the execution of the product management process
- Driving measurement and reporting on crucial product metrics
- Ensure the success of new product initiatives
Qualifications
- A degree in a technology field
- At least three years of experience in software Product Management
- Good grasp of current and emerging technologies
- Excellent communications skills (verbal and written)
