Duties

  • You’ll be a Customer Experience Specialist, working with the CEO and the cross-functional team to deliver optimal and intuitive usability and user experience on our SaaS products.
  • Plan and manage the roadmap and backlog of the web front-end, especially Customer UX.
  • Collaborate with customers, partners, and other Data Virtuality stakeholders to define functional and non-functional product requirements
  • Create and communicate workable time estimates and implementation plans
  • Develop high-quality product specifications and communicate practicable requirements to development and quality assurance teams, thus influencing valuable and quality solutions that are right for our customers

Qualifications

  • Have at least five years of experience as a Product Manager working on SaaS applications with an independent software vendor, ideally in a Data Management related setting
  • Possess a solid technical background and be able to develop in-depth product knowledge.
  • Competencies in end-to-end design, planning, project management, product development, and analysis
  • Proficiency with product analytics tools like Google Analytics, Fullstory, Mixpanel, etc
  • Adept at using wireframing and prototyping tools like Sketch, Axure, Balsamiq, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
  • Proven leadership experience
  • Bonus points for experience in data management, product information management, data governance, data warehousing, business intelligence, or data visualization
  • Experience working in agile teams and with Big Data technologies or Cloud (SaaS) software is an added advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, teamwork, interpersonal, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills
  • Self-motivated with technological vision and the ability to work both within a team and autonomously
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in fluent English
